What is your return policy?
- If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange within 3 days of the delivery date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges and include “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. Otherwise *ALL Sales Are Final*

Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: email@example.com if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Where can I track my order?
- Orders are trackable through our website. Click on the menu icon, then click on the tracking tab.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
- You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. If you do not get any emails, please double check you entered the correct email address.
I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
- Most likely not. Our products are made-to-order, and some items can take longer to make than others after your order is placed. Because of this, we ship out each item as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for any other item(s) to be ready. This saves a lot of space in our facility by not having idle packages waiting to be shipped and ensures the most efficient delivery possible for each order.
